Norman does still need his official height card in order to receive his permanent papers and show at the POA shows. He is broke to ride, but it has been a while since he was ridden steady, so will need a refresher course. His size, at about 14 hands, would allow him to work good for experienced children as well as smaller adults. The person in the picture one his is about 5'5" and does not look out of place on him.
His movement is very hunter, and with some work could be an wonderful youth hunter pony. He does have a slower jog as well, that does not extend quite as far, so he has the potenial to go both english and western. For western he will need some work on bringing his head down some more. On the lungeline his canter appears to be nice and level, but there is still some work to do to get him collected.
Norman would make a great project pony for an experienced teenager, and with a little steady work, could be worth 5-10 times what his current asking price is, the current owners just do not have the time to work with him.
